Prayerfully consider joining with pastors from throughout the northeast US on May 2-3, 2011.
The doors will open at 9:00 AM on May 2nd with the bookstore closing at 5:00 PM on May 3rd.

Early registration, November - February 28 was $50 per person.
Registration March 1 - April 28 - $65 per person.
Late Registration - April 28 - May 3 - $75.

What is included?

A time to worship our Lord and Savior with fellow pastors (primarily) from New England.

A "tag-team" exposition of the Book of Philippians by Thabiti Anyabwile and Lig Duncan.

All meals, snacks, soda, coffee, fruit, etc are provided.

Add to that the free book bag, a bookstore designed specifically for pastors, and time to encourage and be encouraged by like minded men.

And if that is not enough, every registered person recieves a bag of free books, CD's, DVD's, and "special deals" designed for those who are leading in the battle to proclaim the Word of God.

On May 2-3 the New England Center for Expository Preaching desires to treat the you like kings, so as to prepare you for another year on the front lines of the evangelical war for New England.

Please note:

The New England Center for Expository Preaching Pastors' Conference Conference is specifically geared for the men who regularly pastor churches. Even the music is played in a key where men can easily sing, for the purpose of ministering to the men who are the men who are the primary teaching the pastor within their church.

Having said that, the pastors have been given two months to register. Registration is now open to all church leaders to include the brides and fiancée’s of those men who pastor the churches of New England. Please note that each individual must register.

Details

Registrations are not transferable.
There is no discount if one attends just one day.
One must be present to receive any free books.

Dress Code - The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Most common question:

"I am a pastor and would like to bring .... Does that person need to register also? - Answer: Yes. We need to get a head count on how many people are coming prepare the meals and make up name tags for each. The cost of registration barely covers the meals provided.

Should you need lodging, rooms have been reserved at:

1. Best Western Executive Court Inn - at 89.99 per night. To make a reservation please call 877-627-2525 and mention "NECEP" to get the group rate. (Best Western has a shuttle service to Manchester Airport 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.)

2. Sleep Inn - has similarly reserved rooms at $75.00 per night. To make a reservation call (603) 425-2100 and mention "NECEP" to get the group rate. (Their 800 number (866) 753-3764 was taken out by an ice storm and simply rings forever.)

A block of rooms has been reserved and these rates will be available until April 1, 2010. After April 1 the rate will be available if they have not rented out the rooms as yet.
